Role Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Engineering Manager to join our ABX team. In this fast-paced agile environment, you will play a crucial role in delivering key initiatives for the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide teams in executing critical integration initiatives and enhance technology and product roadmaps.
  • Provide substantial technical leadership, overseeing decision-making processes, establishing requirements, and advising stakeholders on technical matters.
  • Drive project execution and collaborate cross-functionally with technology and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Work alongside product managers to define and refine future products and enhancements.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a geographically dispersed team.
  • Manage individual performance, goals, and employee development effectively.
  • Establish the right culture, processes, and technology investments for upcoming product launches.
  • Enhance and streamline an agile development process.
  • Ensure effective knowledge management practices to facilitate knowledge transfer among team members.
  • Provide regular updates on KPIs, project progress, and relevant cost metrics to engineering and functional leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years in engineering management and agile development.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in developing large-scale enterprise solutions as a technical leader.
  • Hands-on experience with software architecture and design.
  • Proven track record in product development processes, transitioning from strategy to execution with minimal oversight.
  • Strong understanding of challenges in large-scale distributed systems and multi-cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Ability to inspire and cultivate a high-performing team, recruit and mentor technical talent, and foster an exceptional engineering culture.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Experience working with both offshore and onshore teams to achieve objectives.
  • Proficient in collaborating with engineering teams to continuously enhance development and delivery processes.
  • Customer-focused with a strong bias for action, detail-oriented, and an analytical thinker capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, SalesTech, or Digital Marketing is advantageous.
