Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of engineers to deliver new product introductions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and program management, to deliver and execute new product introductions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Exercise independent judgment in planning and organizing work, and monitor performance to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or advanced degree with equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in computer hardware development.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of server hardware development processes and lifecycle.
