Job Title: Senior Trade Marketing Manager, LATAM

Join Interparfums, Inc. as a Senior Trade Marketing Manager, LATAM, and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market share in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute trade marketing plans to achieve sales and market share objectives in the LATAM region.
  • Manage media budgets and work closely with distributors to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Global Trade Marketing Team to develop and deploy impactful brand campaigns across the region.
  • Support distributors in developing communication strategies and tools to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, and develop incentives and events to boost brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage activity reports and conduct field visits to ensure correct execution of marketing plans.
  • Develop regional merchandising guidelines and supervise implementation of permanent spaces.
  • Track product forecasts and work with the Trade Marketing Director and LATAM & TR Sales Team to ensure successful launches and product availability.
  • Support the Sales and upper management team with monthly sales reports and analysis.
Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of marketing experience in the beauty/consumer goods industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Prior working experience in the LATAM market and with distributors.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
