Process Engineer

Katalyst Healthcares and Life Sciences is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production lines to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct line balancing analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Develop and implement line rebalancing strategies to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
  • Optimize processes to increase productivity, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste
  • Conduct work measurement studies to analyze and optimize work processes
  • Establish standardized work methods to improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with production teams to gather feedback and insights on line performance
  • Analyze production data to track progress and performance
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field
  • 5 years of experience in automotive production, with a focus on work measurement, process optimization, and line rebalancing
  • Proficient in Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
  • Proficient in time and motion study methodologies, including MOST
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
