Position Summary

We are in search of a Food and Beverage Operations Manager to ensure the success of our services, aligning with client culture, health regulations, and company standards. This role encompasses overseeing all facets of food service operations, including the launch of new cafes, staff management, financial oversight, and overall operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the overall success of operations, maintaining compliance with client culture, health regulations, and standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Manage the opening of new cafes, coordinating pre-opening activities for seamless transitions.
  • Evaluate financial performance of cafes to identify improvement opportunities and enhance profitability.
  • Oversee retail operations to boost sales and financial success.
  • Lead all operational aspects to guarantee success.
  • Foster a strong work ethic among staff, providing training and development to enhance performance.
  • Inspire, train, and guide staff to meet operational goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address challenges professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a constructive relationship with clients, addressing concerns or requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in food service operations, ideally in a casino or multi-outlet hotel setting.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-unit operations, achieving financial objectives, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to motivate a diverse workforce.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training is preferred.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
