Position: Pest Control Technician

Key Responsibilities:
If you are a motivated individual who enjoys building personal relationships with clients, working independently, having fun, and contributing to the safety and health of homes and businesses, this position is ideal for you.
- Participate in our industry-leading, company-sponsored training program lasting two months
- Assist residential and commercial clients with their pest management needs
- Conduct thorough inspections of attics, crawlspaces, and both interior and exterior areas of properties
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a positive demeanor, enjoy working independently, excel in building relationships, take pride in their work, and prioritize community health and safety.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals while demonstrating respect and empathy
- Skilled in simplifying complex information for clients while keeping their needs at the forefront
- A strong commitment to community involvement and a desire to work for a socially responsible organization
Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Requirements / Work Environment:
Candidates must meet the physical demands of the job and perform assigned tasks safely, including obtaining the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (cost covered by the company).
- Safe use of ladders within specified weight limits
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of accessing crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas
- Able to work in various weather conditions
Compensation: $24.00 per hour
