Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical, social, and psychological status, and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Experience working in an emergency department or critical care setting.

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The successful candidate will be able to lift and move patients, as well as stand for extended periods of time.
