Patient Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Patient Account Representative to join our team at CCG of South Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with patients and payers to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate payment processing. Your primary responsibilities will include verifying insurance coverage, preparing and submitting clean claims to insurance companies, and working with internal staff to assist with verification of insurance, collection of balances, and self-pay fees.
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on the location in Plantation, FL, and the level of expertise required for the role.
