POSITION SUMMARY:

  • The primary objective of this role is to perform a variety of designated tasks including light assembly, spin welding, core cutting, and additional responsibilities as assigned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out fundamental machine operations in accordance with provided guidelines and demonstrated training.
  • Perform light assembly tasks by adhering to written instructions and demonstrated procedures.
  • Recognize and report any defective materials or uncertain situations to the supervising personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while complying with safety standards.
  • Execute any other assigned duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent GED.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to understand and follow both demonstrated and written instructions.
  • Competent in both written and verbal English communication.
  • Skilled in reading instructions, performing basic arithmetic, and utilizing simple handheld measuring tools.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Required to stand or walk for durations of 8-12 hours.
  • Must be capable of bending and twisting for extended periods.
  • Ability to use both hands effectively in performing tasks.
