Position Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), you will engage in advanced business analysis to enhance nutrition education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the nutrition education components of the WIC Management Information System (MIS) and the WIC client portal. This includes making informed decisions based on user feedback and business requirements.
2. Oversee the development and evaluation of complex project requirements, deliverables, and design documentation in collaboration with vendor partners.
3. Analyze user needs from both state and local agency staff, effectively communicating testing requirements and feedback to developers for system enhancements.

Project Leadership
4. Lead the planning, development, and implementation of nutrition education features within the WIC MIS and client portal.
5. Manage client testing and the creation of feedback surveys, utilizing data analysis tools such as Power BI to monitor client engagement.

Continuous Improvement
6. Collaborate with Nutrition Education Clinical Services Unit experts to identify program enhancements for the WIC MIS and client portal.
7. Ensure all updates related to nutrition education components are current and accurately reflect available offerings.

Training and Support
8. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for State Agency SMEs and local agency staff regarding the nutrition education features of the WIC MIS and client portal.
9. Act as the SME for inquiries related to these systems, providing necessary technical assistance.

User Experience Oversight
10. Supervise user interface and usability testing for the nutrition education components, contributing to the development of testing scenarios.

Additional Responsibilities
11. Participate in agency obligations for disaster response and Continuity of Operations (COOP) activation as needed.
