Corporate Communications Specialist

At Sevita, we're seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to help shape the work that supports our business operations, services, and relationships with our stakeholders.
This role will play a key part in developing and executing corporate communication plans that align with business priorities and improve sentiment among internal and external stakeholders.
The Communications and Content Specialist will work closely with leaders across our family of services to create engaging, informative, and inspiring content that drives employee engagement and informs our stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing effective multichannel content plans
- Collaborating with business leads to source, create, and distribute content across owned channels
- Managing content for the employee intranet and coordinating internal and external communications flow
- Aligning content plans with audience needs and identifying local earned media opportunities
- Measuring the effectiveness of internal communications channels and audience engagement to continually improve overall communications strategies
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience managing multiple projects and adapting to shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deft with spreadsheets (Excel, Smartsheet) and informational organization
- Multimedia and basic video editing experience
