Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated AR & Chargebacks Manager to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the AR chargebacks department, managing customer disputes, and executing day-to-day financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer disputes and resolve chargebacks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Directly responsible for the performance of day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Generate monthly outstanding AR Aging reports detailing paid and unpaid invoices and other accounts receivable activity.
- 4-7 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
