Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Dealer Sales Pod as an Assistant Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for dealer customer service escalations
  • Provide high-touch concierge service to dealers
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and programs to effectively communicate with dealers
  • Cultivate positive relationships with dealers to become their go-to contact for all service and execution needs
  • Manage and resolve outstanding dealer sales items, such as dealer agreements, dealer product cancellations, and title issues
  • Engage with dealers through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and messaging
  • Leverage internal systems and teams to resolve dealer issues
  • Educate dealers on Capital One Auto Finance programs, tools, and policies
  • Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and be the primary dealer contact for all internal Dealer POD funding, sales, and administrative escalations
  • Support sales partners with business development by communicating opportunities, scheduling sales appointments, and solving dealer-related problems
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent certification
  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a Monday through Saturday schedule with potential for overtime
