Business Development Consultant

The Business Development Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and excellent customer service experience with our service department. This position is responsible for contacting all leads from multiple sources to set service appointments and following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, text, and chat.
  • Respond to Internet Lead Service Requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure quality customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and responding to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the service department, resolving any issues or concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Assist in generating daily reports and logs as requested by management, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of coupons, direct mail pieces, and all service advertising sent out by the manufacturer.
  • Follow up with No Show Customers to understand the reason for their absence and provide a resolution.
  • Confirm daily appointments to ensure that customers are aware of their scheduled service appointments.
  • Follow up with all service customers to ensure they are satisfied with their service experience and provide feedback to improve our services.
  • Meet daily guidelines for setting appointments, shows, and outbound calls, ensuring that our service department is running efficiently.
  • Contact customers based on current marketing incentives and recommended services for their vehicles.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Maintain a valid Georgia driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Submit to a background and drug screen.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor.
  • Excellent phone, organization, written, and oral skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Motivated and a positive attitude.
  • Call Center Experience preferred.
  • Dealership Experience preferred.
