We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at beBee Professionals in Chico. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations by implementing proper protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other departments to support operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field, with a strong background in troubleshooting and repair.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet business demands.
Compensation Package:
  • A competitive salary of approximately $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
