Salary and Benefits

$20-$22 per hour

Job Responsibilities
  • General Maintenance: Perform diversified duties including flooring repair, drywall installation, plumbing, electrical, safety systems, HVAC maintenance, painting, and cleaning.
  • On-Call/After Hours Response: Serve as on-call maintenance providing evening, weekends, and holiday emergency services.
  • Unit Turnover: Conduct maintenance inspections and repairs on vacant apartments to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance upon move-in.
  • Equipment and Systems: Repair and maintain equipment, secure parts and supplies, and maintain an inventory of parts within budgetary limits.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Requirements: 1 year of experience in a similar role, high school diploma or equivalency certificate, valid driver's license, and proficiency in English.
  • Skills Required: Rehab/Renovation, Pool Maintenance, Plumbing Repair, Painting (Int & Ext), Landscape/Grounds, HVAC Maintenance, Electrical Repair, Drywall Installation/Repair, Carpentery, Boiler Systems, Appliance Repair, Complete Apt Turns.
