Role Overview:

This position is essential for facilitating our sales processes and personnel, minimizing obstacles and friction in client interactions, business development, and account management.

As a member of the transformation team, this role focuses on optimizing the processes that deliver value to clients.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage Sales Tools and Systems

System Landscape Management:

Enhance tools and technologies for business processes, including the selection of extensions and additional tools in collaboration with the Digital team.


Backlog Prioritization:
Assess system improvement requests and manage the backlog of tickets.

Adoption Promotion:

Encourage the use of systems and tools as intended, ensuring the realization of benefits through regular training sessions for teams.


Team Leadership:
Supervise the Salesforce Administration team, ensuring the maintenance of accurate customer and opportunity management records.

Data Quality Improvement:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality, including routine reviews of existing data to confirm its completeness and accuracy.

Manage and Perform Reporting

Sales Tool Administration:
Lead the administration and reporting of sales tools:

Service Management:
Monitor tickets received, resolved, and prioritize open tickets.

System Health Monitoring:
Analyze usage rates and issue trends.

Sales Reporting:

Create or refine reporting mechanisms to enhance visibility into sales and opportunities, collaborating with the BI and Analytics team to derive meaningful insights from sales tools and systems.

Implement Process Enhancements

Business Process Documentation:

Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation detailing processes, sub-processes, and task-level responsibilities, including systems used and key outcomes.


Current State Assessment:
Gather and analyze challenges within processes, focusing on impact and root causes.

Future State Definition:
Identify, evaluate, and refine opportunities for process improvements, creating proposals for future state process designs.
Coordinate and Manage Stakeholder Engagement

Success in this role hinges on the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to manage expectations, foster transparency and alignment, and facilitate decision-making.

The primary stakeholders include:

Executive Leadership:
Division President, Regional VPs, CFO, Chief Controlling Officer.

Commercial Teams:
Sales Directors, Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Customer Success.

Salesforce Administration:
Salesforce administrators and developers.

Operations:
Manufacturing and Logistics, Sales Operations.

Finance and Controlling:
FP&A Teams, BI and Reporting.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Extensive experience with Salesforce technologies and extensions to optimize sales and service processes, driving efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth, including administration, configuration, and customization.

A minimum of 5 years in management consulting, sales operations, sales enablement, process improvement, or a related field within a B2B context.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is advantageous.

Desired Knowledge and Experience: Proficiency in analyzing sales and service metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for enhancement.

Strong grasp of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and forecasting techniques.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred but not mandatory.

Travel Requirements:

As a hybrid role, this position necessitates travel of at least 25% to headquarters, regional offices, sales events, and potentially client sites.
