Job Title: Manager, Strategic Account Management

The Manager, Strategic Account Management will play a critical role in driving customer retention, revenue growth, and relationship development for AssistRx customers. This hybrid role will require the ability to balance individual customer and team management responsibilities, while serving as a liaison between customers, leadership teams, and all AssistRx stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Form strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to execute on both internal and client strategies.
  • Establish and maintain a trusted, strategic advisor role with clients and colleagues.
  • Develop and manage team performance to key performance indicators (KPIs), including expansion revenue forecasting, existing revenue retention, account receivables collection, and resource management.
  • Supervise a team of 4-5 employees within the Commercial Operations department, including interviewing, training, and performance management.
  • Present and implement new ideas and innovations to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience working in a customer strategy and/or sales capacity role.
  • Experience working for or in Pharma, SP, & HUB Operations.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Access, OneNote).
  • Preferred: One to three years of supervisory experience.
