About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Signal AI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Drive adoption of our AI technology and ensure seamless integration with our customers' business operations
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and challenges, ensuring a proactive approach to customer success
  • Develop and execute plans to upsell and cross-sell our solutions to existing customers
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales and account management
  • Extensive experience in selling SaaS solutions or software-led sales
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
