Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Signal AI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with our leadership team to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
- Drive adoption of our AI technology and ensure seamless integration with our customers' business operations
- Anticipate and mitigate potential risks and challenges, ensuring a proactive approach to customer success
- Develop and execute plans to upsell and cross-sell our solutions to existing customers
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales and account management
- Extensive experience in selling SaaS solutions or software-led sales
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $110,000 per annum (plus $40,000 commission)
