Customer Service Representative

At Mass Markets, we're looking for a skilled Customer Care Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. Your goal will be to ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling. You'll also research systems to find missing information, coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, and document and process customer claims in appropriate systems. If needed, you'll escalate customer issues to the appropriate staff and managerial for resolution. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
