Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Senior Small Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our growing Small & Business Banking Team. This role will support customers in an assigned local market by deepening relationships and engaging in prospecting activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboard, manage, and grow account relationships with Small Business customers within assigned portfolios.
- Assess customers' financial needs and recommend effective financial products and services to help them succeed financially.
- Develop exceptional customer relationships with a solid understanding of cash flow and small business operating cycles.
- Ensure the overall success and growth of an assigned portfolio by developing deeper relationships with existing customers and managing risk.
- Collaborate with internal small business partners and stakeholders to resolve customer or process issues and achieve small business goals.
- Engage in prospect activities and employ contact strategies to generate new small business relationships.
- Lead or participate in initiatives and deliverables within small business and contribute to large-scale initiatives related to customer relationships and business growth.
- 4+ years of Business Banking experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
