Position Summary:
Great Day Improvements - Sales Team Leader is in search of a skilled Sales Team Leader or Sales Representative/Manager to enhance, cultivate, and guide our newly onboarded Sales Representatives while also closing deals personally. Key responsibilities include inspiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing sales closers to meet the company's performance benchmarks. The Sales Team Leader will establish processes, protocols, and sales methodologies for new team members. Our unique strategies for lead generation ensure that our salesforce receives 2-3 qualified and confirmed appointments daily. We also participate in numerous exhibitions and events featuring attractive displays to attract more leads. Our organization emphasizes value-added offerings, so the ideal candidate should showcase the ability to sell premium products at competitive prices. We take pride in our lead generation capabilities, and the market is ripe for selling and installing home improvement projects. If you are a proven achiever, you have the potential to earn between $100,000 and $200,000 annually. We provide a competitive base salary along with generous overrides and profit-sharing bonuses. Additional benefits include auto reimbursement, a gas card, and other incentives. We also offer relocation assistance if needed. Key Responsibilities:

- Enhance the productivity of the current sales team through training, engagement, and leadership.
- Actively recruit new team members and play a pivotal role in their success.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
- Execute in-home product sales presentations alongside team members and independently.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to adhere to a "one call close" approach for sales in windows/doors, roofing, or bathroom remodeling.
- Oversee new Sales Representatives and provide guidance during their initial training.
- The ideal candidate should possess experience in developing sales teams within a comparable industry.
- Familiarity with "one call closing" techniques and the ability to utilize third-party calls to support sales personnel in closing more deals is essential.
- Must be highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Understanding of CRM systems and database management is advantageous.
