Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to expand market share within existing channels and with current customer base.
  • Pursue New Customers: Identify and pursue new customers within existing and new markets throughout the region.
  • Provide Strategic Financial Input: Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
  • Set Revenue and Profit Goals: Set company revenue and profit goals by division/product line.
  • Lead Functional Teams: Manage and motivate a capable set of functional leaders to achieve revenue and profitability growth objectives.
  • Monitor Progress: Utilize available resources and financial statements to determine progress in achieving objectives; revise objectives and plans in accordance with current and/or changing conditions.
  • Identify Operational Deficiencies: Identify and improve on operational deficiencies; continue to professionalize the business as it scales.
  • Communicate with the Board: Communicate with the Board on an ongoing basis and present to the Board on a quarterly basis.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience with increasing responsibilities, including 5+ years of executive management experience.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience leading a $50M - 150M blue-collar field service business selling B2C and B2B.
  • Track Record: Track record of robust sales growth and expanding profitability along with improving operational performance within a field-based service business.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, motivate, and retain exceptional talent.
  • Business Acumen: Superior business acumen and P&L management experience required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA would be a plus.
