Key Responsibilities:

  • Parking Lot Oversight: Regularly assess and uphold the cleanliness of the parking lot, ensuring it remains free from debris and hazards.
  • Site Upkeep: Execute routine cleaning duties around the car wash facility, including trash disposal, sweeping, and surface sanitization to maintain an inviting atmosphere for customers.
  • Vacuum Maintenance: Monitor and clear vacuum stations as necessary to guarantee uninterrupted service for patrons.
  • Membership Promotion: Engage with customers to advocate and sell membership packages, providing details about benefits and assisting with sign-ups as needed.
  • Customer Support: Deliver friendly and attentive service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with utilizing the car wash amenities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside team members to ensure seamless operations and uphold company standards of cleanliness and service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Sales experience or a willingness to learn sales techniques.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
