Partners Personnel is assisting our client sourcing for candidates for a Customer Relations Specialist at their location in Olive Branch MS. The selected candidate will coordinate with the sales and engineering departments to assist customer's requirements and ensure proper handling of sales orders through completion. They will be involved in the quote process, work with production to ensure clear communications of all requirements and convert into orders. This position is Onsite daily, is a Direct hire/permanent placement with a full benefit package available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·Understand the basics of vertical turbine pumps.

·Prepare and submit priced quotations and submittals as required.

·Communicate/Coordinate between customers and National Pump Personnel concerning most applications.

·Serve as a channel to communicate technical support and provide answers to Representatives, Distributors and Customers via phone and/or email.

·Operate software programs to present submittal and O&M data, such as Microsoft Office Excel and Word.

· Assemble production packets for jobs to be sent out to the shop.

· Support Customer Service Manager with quotes, purchasing, expediting, follow-up on orders, and report writing.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Skills)

·High School Diploma or comparable experience.

·Proficient in use of PC's and computer software programs.(Required, MS Office Suite)

·Excellent communication skills - phone manners, language and grammar, Both written and verbal (Required)

·Ability to analyze and solve problems for customers.

·Basic understanding of vertical turbine pumping equipment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

·Work is typical office environment.

·Candidate must be capable of regular office hours at a desk, in an office, in front of a computer, and on the telephone.
