Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure parts needed for repairs and enter all information into our Fleet database for accurate billing.
  • Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain and schedule service appointments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Track repair status and update customers on the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Run errands as necessary to pick up parts, drop off materials, and transport vehicles.
  • Deliver parts and run errands for mechanics as directed.
  • Maintain other duties as directed by the foremen & mechanics to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Picking up and dropping off clients as needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Interact with clients and/or visitors in a professional, courteous, and problem-solving manner.
  • Assist with the upkeep of the inventory system to ensure accurate and efficient parts management.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and efficiently complete tasks to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid & Current FL Driver's License & Clean Motor Vehicle Report to ensure safe and reliable transportation of vehicles.
  • Previous automotive service advisor experience is heavily preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to understand and relate technical issues to provide accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and/or visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Strong record keeping skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. A minimum of one year experience is required.
