Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal cares for clients, including assistance with oral care, toileting, bathing, and feeding
  • Support clients with daily activities, such as cooking and cleaning

Qualifications:
  • A sense of humor and the ability to have fun
  • Passion for your work and motivation to make a difference
  • 18 years of age or older and ability to pass a MN Criminal Background Screen; valid Driver's License and acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Ability to follow a recipe and cook homestyle meals
  • Ability to walk, squat, stoop/bend, kneel, climb stairs, and lift at least 50 pounds
  • Due to the safety and regulatory requirements, and the need to communicate and supervise our clients, an applicant must have adequate vision, reading, writing, and documentation skills and comprehension of the English language and possess adequate computer skills; ability to perform the essential functions of the role
  • Must demonstrate commitment to the mission and core values of COM and have the ability to actively participate in a team approach atmosphere
