Client Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Care Specialist to join our team at Dahl Automotive. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or text, providing accurate and helpful information to support their purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure seamless communication with guests throughout the purchase process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Utilize dealership tools and CRM systems to track opportunities, view purchase process status, and communicate with guests in their preferred manner.
- Participate in team development sessions to enhance guest experience and improve communication effectiveness.
- At least one previous role in customer service experience.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
- Prompt and courteous demeanor, with a positive and hardworking personality.
- Strong computer skills and a valid driver's license.
