Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Maplewood Marketing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for analyzing sales reports, developing strategic sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with customers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to boost customer retention
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the sales team through effective communication
* Participate in comprehensive training sessions to develop leadership skills and stay updated on current promotions and deals

Requirements:

* Proven success in sales, leadership, or communications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing, or related fields preferred
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Strong ambition, self-motivation, and discipline
* Outgoing, confident, and articulate, thriving in social environments
