Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Admissions Reservation Center team at Goodwin University. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to prospective students, answering their inquiries, and guiding them through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming inquiries from prospective students, providing accurate and timely information about our programs and services.
  • Collect and input data from prospective students, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Transfer inquiries to appropriate admissions staff, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Follow up with prospects prior to appointment, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
  • Reschedule appointments as needed, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct registration reminder campaigns via telephone and on-campus, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Meet performance and service objectives in a fast-paced call center environment, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Provide support to the admissions front desk, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for students and staff.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated commitment to developing and fostering best practices and policies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and faculty.
  • Experience in retail and/or hospitality preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
