Key Responsibilities- Bar Operations: Assist with bar set-up and closing procedures, ensure that all company policies are followed, and observe, evaluate, and document job performances of associates.
- Leadership: Recommend personnel actions, ensure associates meet appearance standards, and follow all uniform guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain product inventory, complete daily sales reports and reconciliation, and assist with end-of-month inventory and financial reporting.
- Guest Service: Assist bartending associates in serving guests as business levels demand.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position required.
- Previous experience in bartending required.
- Knowledge in bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues.
- Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Frequent walking, throughout the entire facility, for the entire length of shift.
- Constant standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
- Able to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.
- Bar environment - noise level may be moderate to high during busy times.
- May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season.
