Position Overview:

This position is responsible for recruiting homes in accordance with contractual obligations while ensuring compliance with licensing standards and regulations.

Work Schedule:
  • Hybrid-Remote Flexibility: Most tasks will be performed remotely or in the field, with 1-3 days allocated for in-office duties.

Compensation:
  • Annual salary ranging from $43,500 to $46,000, based on education and experience.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children and families in social services, including at least one (1) year in case management within child welfare.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in human services, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • One (1) year of experience in Therapeutic Foster Care and licensing.

Essential Skills:
  • Ability to work effectively and respectfully with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability for independent decision-making, planning, prioritizing, and managing a varied workload with attention to detail.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
  • Pre-employment drug screening, physical examination, and background check are required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
