In-Home Sales Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Bath Planet. As an In-Home Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of In-Home Sales Representatives, driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
You'll need to have a proven track record of success in home improvement sales, preferably with the 1-Day Concept, as well as strong leadership, business development, organization, team building and management, communication (verbal, written and presentation), and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 5 years of experience in home improvement sales and 2 years of sales management experience are required.
Our compensation package includes a competitive base salary and bonuses. Based on industry standards and location, we estimate this position to pay around $100,000 - $130,000 per year. If you're a results-driven sales professional looking for a new challenge, we invite you to apply.
