Luxury Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Luxury Sales Consultant to join our team at Starpower Home Entertainment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating luxurious and inviting spaces for homes and businesses by utilizing the most innovative products and services available.
About Us
Ed Kellum and Son has been a Dallas luxury home appliances and electronics tradition since 1948 and is part of the Star Companies family of businesses which includes Starpower Home Entertainment Systems, Inc., Star Floors, Inc., and Star Interior Resources, LLC.
What You Do:
You build relationships with your customers to determine which solutions meet their needs, as well as continuously foster a personalized sales experience aiming to establish a lasting rapport and potential contact in the future.
Competitive Compensation Package
We offer a competitive annual earnings potential of $50-100k+, including base pay, commission, and bonus structure. Additionally, we provide paid new hire training program (up to first 6 months) and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
Your Background Profile:
- Education: Bachelors degree preferred; Military Veterans encouraged to apply
- Sales: 5+ years in commission-based sales preferred (retail, direct or B2B sales)
- Product Knowledge: familiar with kitchen, laundry, outdoor, and small appliances
- Project Management: full front to back oversight of customer projects, experience managing a book of business
- Time Management: consistency and organization with daily activities
- Leadership: initiative to drive both personal and organizational goals
- Relationship Building: promoting the company value proposition, cultivating existing and new client relations
- Networking & Prospecting: entrepreneurial, proactively seeking new business opportunities
- Problem Solving: handling rejection, creating unique customer outcomes
