Job Title: Director of Sales

MeriCal, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to lead our retail sales team and drive growth for our retail division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing a culture of accountability, setting key metrics, and leading your team to achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for growth and profitability within MeriCal's retail segment, establishing the necessary infrastructure for success.
  • Lead the development of disruptive marketing and sales strategies to drive market penetration and achieve sales growth, with a focus on cost-effective customer acquisition and demand generation.
  • Provide strategic commercial input for product development and business prioritization through thorough market and business analysis.
  • Track and manage sales budgets and performance metrics, refining benchmarks to measure the sales team's success and using data to guide future growth decisions.
  • Lead the evaluation and optimization of sales operations tools, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales infrastructure, ensuring team success, transparency, and execution.
  • Identify growth opportunities through in-depth customer analytics and market insights, turning data into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align core brand messaging, service positioning, and sales collateral for maximum market impact.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers to drive strategic growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of successful retail sales experience
  • In-depth understanding of current retail priorities and market trends
  • Proven sales management abilities and a passion for consultative selling
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities and ability to generate excitement and commitment
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred
