Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across our regional restaurants, driving business growth, and maintaining our high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure that all restaurants in your region meet our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead and develop a team of restaurant managers and staff to achieve business objectives and improve performance.
    • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
    • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets for your region, ensuring that financial goals are met and exceeded.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience in our restaurants.
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive loyalty and retention.
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with restaurant managers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to drive business growth and improve performance.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
