Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Monitor regional operational finances, including profit, loss, and accounts receivable for each department, to ensure financial success.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business development strategies, including proposal generation and rates, to drive growth and profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of facilities, local office, regional marketing, and business development staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Participate in regional trade associations, attend trade association conferences, and regional market segmentation groups to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
  • Strategic Direction: Assist in the strategic direction and oversight of assigned regional marketing and business development personnel.
  • Proposal Development: Facilitate the completion of Regional Proposals and Regional SOQ responses by assigned deadlines.
  • Department Management: Lead Department Managers within your region and support them in monitoring and reviewing current and projected workloads.
  • Recruitment and Training: Participate in the recruitment of strategic personnel and train and lead employees to achieve business objectives.
  • Resource Management: Monitor load leveling of resources throughout the region and promote teamwork and company-wide resources available.
Requirements
  • Education: B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university.
  • Experience: Years of experience related to building enclosure or related engineering design or inspection.
