We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Omega Consultants. As a key member of our Client Relations Team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain long-lasting business relationships with clients
  • Identify and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Document client information and ensure accurate processing of purchase orders

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven and self-motivated individual
