Join Our Team as a Medical Assistant

At Acton Medical Associates, we are committed to delivering exceptional primary care to our patients. Our team of dedicated physicians and healthcare professionals work together to provide personalized care to every patient.

The Certified Medical Assistant will provide support to our physicians and clinical staff in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. This role is primarily based at our Acton office, with opportunities to work at our satellite locations in Littleton, Hudson, and Harvard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in patient care, administrative duties, and clinical maintenance
  • Support examination and treatment of patients under the direction of physicians
  • Perform phlebotomies, specimen processing, immunizations, and take and record vital signs
  • Ensure the clinical environment is clean, stocked, and ready for patient care
  • Assist with phone triage, scheduling appointments, refilling prescriptions, and patient education
  • Work in multiple departments, including internal medicine, pediatrics, and laboratory services
Requirements:
  • Certified/registered MA with a degree or certification from an accredited school
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR is a plus
