Avochato is revolutionizing the way businesses communicate with their customers. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving new adoption across the SMB and Mid-Market segments. With our cutting-edge AI-powered messaging platform, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and its customers.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial salesperson to join our growing Sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new SMB and Mid-Market customers, successfully onboarding them as long-term clients, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure seamless transitions and maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers at companies between 25 and 250 employees
- Drive sales growth through outbound sales efforts
- Run the full sales process, from lead generation to closing new business
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- 3+ years of successful outbound sales experience into the SMB or Mid-Market Segments at a SaaS company
- Top 25% in performance with respect to your peers both in sales and customer growth/retention
- Fully ramped up on using Salesforce as a CRM and experience with sales tools like Outreach/SalesLoft/Apollo/Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to quickly develop a strong understanding of a technical product during an initial ramp period
- A passion for helping SMB and Mid-Market businesses leverage technology to better communicate with their customers
- Clear and honest communicator both internally and externally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment of a sub 50 person startup
- Self-motivated and driven fast learner
