Current Job Details:
- Available in full-time or part-time capacities, with hours from Monday to Friday.
- Hourly pay rates ranging from $19 to $24 (classified as hourly, non-exempt).

- Reports directly to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for all clients, ensuring their well-being.
- Provide direct therapy and behavioral interventions in one-on-one sessions with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or other special needs.
- Adhere to established procedures and protocols.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and goals as directed by the case supervisor.
- Deliver skills-based treatment, focusing on teaching communication, tolerance, and cooperation in challenging situations while prioritizing client safety and dignity.
- Complete daily program data and maintain necessary documentation.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
- Interact professionally with clients, parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated understanding of skills acquired during required training sessions.
- Physical ability to move between seated and standing positions as required, circulate for extended periods, and lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
- Effective communication skills to ensure clear understanding in conversations and the ability to hear spoken English at normal volumes.
- Sufficient visual acuity to read printed materials and observe clients effectively.
