Position Summary: As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission by delivering outstanding support to both customers and the Sales team. This position involves the careful preparation of quotes, proposals, and presentations, ensuring that customer needs are met with personalized attention. By maintaining precise client records in our CRM system and addressing inquiries with empathy, the Sales Support Coordinator nurtures positive relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Sales department.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs.
  • Update client and opportunity records within the CRM system.
  • Identify and suggest enhancements to existing processes.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications.
  • Engage with customers to address inquiries and collect information.
  • Relay customer feedback to relevant internal teams.
  • Maintain and refresh sales and customer documentation.
  • Compile monthly sales performance reports.
  • Ensure accuracy in proposals and financial documentation.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
  • Provide backup support for sales and operational functions.
