About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Surveyor to join our team at Consor Engineers. As a Senior Land Surveyor, you will play a key role in leading and managing survey field operations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage survey field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of survey equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in surveying technology.
  • Perform calculations and analyze survey data using trigonometry principles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD, Carlson, Topcon Magnet, Bentley OpenRoads Designer & Geopak software.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Minimum of 10 years of surveying experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • A registered Land Surveyor license in Tennessee is required, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Proficiency in both conventional and advanced surveying methods across both public and private sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of trigonometry principles and their application in surveying.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
