Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Linde, you will play a vital role in facilitating patient care by working directly with medical professionals and physicians. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outcome-based solutions for our physician referral sources and existing patient population. This includes submitting new orders, monitoring their completion, and working closely with the clinical, sales, and service departments. You will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing billing and setup paperwork for patient services, as well as troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions for existing patients. Additionally, you will recommend potential products or services to management by collecting patient information and analyzing customer needs.
