Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
    • 3+ years of experience as a principal or in a leadership role in a school or educational organization.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and sustaining high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with school leaders, instructional staff, and other stakeholders.
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive instructional decisions and inform school improvement efforts.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
