Restaurant Operations Manager

As a General Manager at Arby's, you will be responsible for leading your restaurant's success by managing your team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profit growth. Your leadership skills, experience, and passion for the food service industry will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage your restaurant team to achieve sales and profit goals
- Ensure excellent customer service and a clean, safe environment for customers
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and other operational aspects of the restaurant
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in food service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience with inventory management, cash handling, and financial management
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Machines, devices, tools, etc., are used in job performance and the conditions under which the job is accomplished. Minimum qualifications are needed to perform the essential job functions:
- Consistently carries products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 70 pounds
- Occasionally climbs ladders to the roof to check A/C exhaust fan
- Consistently operates registers, calculator, Norand, Fastfax, mail, and product
- Consistently handles product preparation
- Consistently communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers
- Consistently kneels to utilize proper lifting procedures and to open safe
- Regularly lifts for product preparation, stocking, and inventory
- Consistently pushes to open and close door to store and storage shed and office as well as cooler and freezers
- Consistently reaches for product preparation and serving customers and training
- Consistently sees during all activities
- Rarely sits during the preparation of reports and bank deposits
- Frequently stands while serving customers and training
- Frequently stoops to pick up supplies and trash
- Consistently talks to employees, customers, suppliers, and company representatives
