  • Maintain Order: Maintain order in swimming areas and respond to emergencies and rescues as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of our aquatics areas to promote an enjoyable experience for our members and guests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and interact with members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: Possess nationally recognized certifications in aquatics, including Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills and be able to provide multisensory instruction to members and guests.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and be able to work effectively with other staff members to ensure the success of our aquatics program.
