Job Summary:
As a key member of the GC Services team, the HR Generalist will play a vital role in administering policies and programs related to various phases of human resources activity. This position requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Perform a number of review duties within the payroll process, including payroll close and payroll distribution.
- HR Program Administration: Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Employee Support: Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, time-off requests, and performance management.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR-related reports and data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
