Job Description

About the Role:

The Sales Support Associate plays a vital role in the store's overall success and efficiency, ensuring a seamless customer experience. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized sales floor, and supporting the sales process from receipt to point of sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Wrap:
    • Greet customers with a smile and offer assistance
    • Interact with customers in a genuine and natural manner
    • Determine customers' needs and provide solutions
    • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area
    • Suggest additional products and services to customers
  • Stockroom/Warehouse:
    • Receive and process shipments and transfers
    • Notify management of new product arrivals
    • Verify store information and communicate discrepancies
    • Process shipments and transfers according to Coach standards
    • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient stockroom
  • Sales Floor:
    • Analyze sales floor to assess replenishment needs
    • Replenish sales floor and assigned zone
    • React to sell-through and execute visual merchandising needs
    • Support sales floor activities as directed
    • Communicate product information and features to customers

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, maneuver sales floor and stockroom, and lift up to 25 pounds
