Job Title: Sales Associate III

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate III to join our team at Coach, a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. As a Sales Associate III, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive sales results through effective sales strategies, clienteling, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Support visual merchandising and store operations, including maintaining a clean and tidy selling floor.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
